The new bands U need to know First.....

So you are still there complaining about how great or bad is the new Korn record right?Ok...but dont forget that out there there's a whole new scene...some bands that are ,in fact ,fuckin' some serious shit up (like Mr.Cavalera would say). Some of them have already achieved some local and underground fan base ,others are still completely underground. Here they are...

Fear Factory is definitely not a new name.Years have passed since their debut album ,but they are still pretty unknown. They have toured the world with the likes of Ozzy ,Slayer ,Megadeth and on their own headlining tour as well.Despite that ,you'll hardly see 'em on the cover of a magazine or with a platinum record...At least until the release of their latest recording ,Obsolete ,the album that could be the breakthrough for the band.A tour with Slayer and a spot on Rob Zombie upcoming tour as well may be the starting of a deserved success.

Orgy....no, we r not talkin' about a xxx movie. Here's a new kick ass band signed to Korn's new label. After the release of their debut album Candyass they have been touring with Korn non stop.Musically ,they defined their style "death-pop"...i would say it's a cool mix of Nin-Manson stuff with some 80's pop as well. The cool thing about them is that they have some very original and wicked sounds...where u think there's a drum machine, it's live drums and when there's a sample ,u'd swear it's a guitar and vice versa.Get this album now.

This is ,along with System ,one of the new bands outta L.A. that have really got my attention.Static-X are now in a studio recording their debut album ,which will see the light of the day early in '99.The sound??Just think that if White Zombie is no longer here, their loss will be replaced by this band.Just wait for their album to hit the stores....
